聚丙烯纖維防腐膠帶又稱冷纏膠帶、聚丙烯防腐膠帶、管道防腐膠帶、增強(qiáng)纖維防腐膠帶,有的廠家也稱為:PipeCoat聚丙烯增強(qiáng)纖維防腐膠帶。聚丙烯防腐膠帶是一種無污染、無危害的環(huán)保型防腐產(chǎn)品。可廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、天然氣、化工、城市建設(shè)中的給排水,油氣、煤氣輸送鋼質(zhì)管道和鋼質(zhì)地埋儲存罐體的外防腐及修復(fù)工程，由于其優(yōu)異的粘結(jié)力和耐老化、耐拉伸、耐紫外線輻射性能，也可以用于粘彈體防腐密封帶和礦酯防腐膠帶的外保護(hù)帶。
聚丙烯膠帶的主要特點(diǎn)有：
1、根據(jù)防腐具體要求，防腐膠帶厚度選擇范圍從1.15mm-1.6mm不等。
2、膠層厚度均勻，防腐剝離強(qiáng)度大，可以做到40N/cm以上.
3、獨(dú)特的聚丙烯編織網(wǎng)賺結(jié)構(gòu)大大增強(qiáng)了膠帶的抗破壞能力，增強(qiáng)了防腐效果。
4、膠層與基材結(jié)合力大，不存在脫膠現(xiàn)象。
5、施工簡單，手工、機(jī)械纏繞均可
使用方法：
(1)、鋼管表面處理：除銹、除焊渣、毛刺、油、污物并保持清潔干燥。手工除銹應(yīng)達(dá)St3級，機(jī)械除銹應(yīng)達(dá)到Sa2級，并符合SYJ4 0 0 7—8 6要求。
(2)、涂底漆：應(yīng)采用配套底漆，使用時(shí)遠(yuǎn)離火源，攪拌均勻并用干凈毛刷、滾子或其它機(jī)械方法均勻涂敷。
(3)、待底漆表干(一般5一10分鐘后)即可纏帶。
(4)、下溝回填：經(jīng)質(zhì)量檢查驗(yàn)收合格即可下溝。
