精蠟防腐系統(tǒng)適用于設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)使用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、工業(yè)酸堿惡劣及潮濕等腐蝕環(huán)境；管件、異型金屬結(jié)構(gòu)防腐適合采用精蠟防腐材料。包括直管、法蘭、螺栓、焊縫、閥件、彎頭、貯槽、碼頭港。
精蠟防腐系統(tǒng)是世無(wú)毒、不含揮發(fā)性材料的環(huán)保防腐材料，該系統(tǒng)材料與粘土極為相似，可隨被包覆物體不同形態(tài)而塑成任意形狀，也根據(jù)被包覆物體熱漲冷縮會(huì)有一定的變形，從而不會(huì)因產(chǎn)生防腐漏點(diǎn)而影響防腐效果。精蠟防腐帶是一種冷施工防腐體系。精蠟帶產(chǎn)品厚度設(shè)計(jì)為1.5-2.0mm（按實(shí)際定制），其可任意塑性，因此可適應(yīng)各種不規(guī)則的銳角、鈍角的異型構(gòu)件防腐，其不龜裂、不脫落、不流失的特性，可在被包覆的不規(guī)則設(shè)施表面形成細(xì)致入微的防護(hù)，在孔蝕區(qū)或點(diǎn)蝕區(qū)可隨意剪裁黏貼，以保護(hù)局部腐蝕嚴(yán)重的地方。
另外，我公司研制生產(chǎn)的改進(jìn)型油帶系統(tǒng)－－蠟脂油帶，其性能與精蠟帶類似，但比普通礦酯油帶性能更好，也可定制各種顏色，避免了普通礦脂帶石油脂易揮發(fā)、易變色、易失效的缺點(diǎn)。
精蠟帶防腐系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)：
