Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Quality Specialist/Manager aims to improve our operational processes and tools. They will work internally with both our operation and customer service groups, as well as externally with both customers and suppliers to achieve customer satisfaction and internal productivity goals.- Review Quality Policy & Processes and drive continuous improvement.- Lead cross-functional teams to identify root causes, define corrective actions and drive closures.- Provide regular reports on Metrics, Action Status and Open Issues.Education and Skill Requirements:- Experienced in process improvement including training in Six-Sigma or ISO.- Experienced in customer service or sourcing functions.應聘要求：
