1、接通電源，應(yīng)先檢查電源線是否安全可靠，控制器上的開關(guān)按鈕應(yīng)在關(guān)閉狀態(tài)。

2、接通電源，檢查電壓應(yīng)是380V，電源指示燈亮。

3、檢查電機旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確。檢查方法如下：將提錘掛鉤置于擊實錘之下，若開機將錘提起，說明電機旋轉(zhuǎn)向正確（逆時針方向），反之說明電機方向反了，應(yīng)調(diào)換電源相位接法。

4、檢查控制器各個按鈕工作是否可靠。

5、試機正常后，方可進行正式試驗。
