一般描述

CompoZr 基因敲除 ZFN 在基因特異性目標(biāo)位點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生靶向雙鏈斷裂。通過非同源末端連接的細(xì)胞過程，該雙鏈斷裂可導(dǎo)致 DNA 序列的改變，從而創(chuàng)建目標(biāo)基因的功能性敲除。為了盡可能創(chuàng)建功能性基因敲除，CompoZr 基因敲除 ZFN 靶向目標(biāo)基因編碼區(qū)的 2/3。
