一般描述
Malachite Green Broth is for the selective enrichment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa according to Habs ａnd Kirschner.
The culture medium has been recommended by Schubert ａnd Blum for the examination of ground-, surface-, drinking-, bathing ａnd process-water. In addition, it is suitable for the examination of mineral ａnd spring-water.[1]

Malachite Green Broth has been used for the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa from water samples.[2]
制備說(shuō)明
Dissolve 25 g in 1 litre distilled water. Pour into small containers ａnd autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.
