Ribonuclease Inhibitor（人胎盤）產(chǎn)品描述：

Ribonuclease Inhibitor 是經(jīng)大腸桿菌表達、純化的來源于人胎盤的重組蛋白, 分子量50KD。特異性地抑制RNase A, RNase B和RNase C, 形成1:1的復(fù)合體, 阻遏RNase的活性. 不能抑制RNase1, RNaseT1, S1核酸酶, Rnase H或曲霉菌來源的Rnase; 對Taq DNA Polymerase, AMV, M-MLV以及SP6, T7 RNA 聚合酶無抑制作用。其抑制常數(shù)Ki=10-14mol/L。
