一、     安裝注意事項(xiàng)

Installation Notices

1、冷卻水塔噸數(shù)不得低于冷凍機(jī)噸數(shù)，且需考濾安全系統(tǒng)，故要大于冷凍機(jī)噸數(shù)的30%

如冷凍機(jī)為10RT，冷卻水塔須為15RT……經(jīng)此類推。

Tunnage of cooling water tower should be more than that of the chiller by 30% considering the security system.

For example, if the tunnage of the chiller is 10RT, then the cooling water tower should be 15RT…and the like.

2、冷卻水塔之水管徑不得小于冷凍機(jī)之出口管徑。管徑大小可參考規(guī)格表。

The diameter of the cooling water tower pipe should be larger than the outlet pipe of the chiller. Refer to the size listed in specification.

3、冷卻水塔須安裝在室外通風(fēng)良好之場所，且距離冷凍機(jī)不得遠(yuǎn)于20米，若超過20米其管徑選擇須大于冷凍機(jī)冷卻出入口。

如冷凍機(jī)為10RT，冷卻水出入口徑為1-1/2＂,若距離冷卻水塔為30米，其管徑須選擇2＂。

The cooling water tower should be installed in outdoor place with good ventilation, ａnd the distance from the chiller should be within 20 meters. If it is over 20m, the pipe diameter should be larger than that of the chiller’s inlet ａnd outlet.

For example, the chiller is 10RT, cooling water inlet ａnd outlet caliber is 1-1/2＂, if the distance from cooling water tower is 30 meters, then the pipe diameter should be 2＂.

4、冰水系統(tǒng)管路不得高于冷凍機(jī)的冰水出入口，否則停機(jī)后水箱會溢水。（請于冰水出口加裝逆止閥）

Ice water system pipeline should be lower than that of the chiller’s inlet ａnd outlet, otherwise water will overflow from the tank after shutting down the machine （please install check valves in the ice water outlet）.

5、冷凍機(jī)安裝處不得完全靠墻壁，須距離50公分以上，以利保養(yǎng)維修。

The chiller should not be installed alongside the wall. It must be away from the wall by more than 50 centimeters for maintenance.

6、氣冷式冷凍機(jī)須放置在空氣流通、粉塵少的地方。

Air-cooling chiller should be deposited in a place with good ventilation ａnd less dust.

7、外主電源線不得小于冷凍主電源電線，其它電源開關(guān)不得小于冷凍內(nèi)之無熔絲開關(guān)世界安全倍數(shù)，亦不得大于50%。

For the no-fuse breaker’s world safety multiple, the outside main power supply wire should be higher than the freezing main wire, ａnd other power supply switch should be higher than freezing inside switch but should not be more than 50%.

二、開機(jī)注意事項(xiàng) Startup Notices

1、電源系統(tǒng)： Power supply system:

（1）.將本機(jī)電源線之地線接地（黃綠色線）或從機(jī)殻螺絲釘接地。

Earth the ground wire （yellow-green wire） of the machine or earth it by the screw of the shell.

（2）.檢查電源、電壓及電流容量是否符合本機(jī)使用 3∮380V50Hz之電源，無熔絲開關(guān)（NFB）。

Check if the capacity of the power supply, voltage ａnd current is suitable for this machine to use 3∮380V50Hz power supply ａnd no-fuse breaker.

（3）.將本機(jī)電源線接至銘牌上所定之電源。

Connect the power supply wire of this machine to the power supply specified by nameplate.

2、冷卻系統(tǒng)：Cooling System:

（1）  .冷卻水塔是否運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，抽水泵浦轉(zhuǎn)向是否正確，進(jìn)出水口是否接對。

Check if the cooling water tower works ａnd if the water pumping direction is right, whether the inlet ａnd outlet connect correctly.

（2）  .冷卻循環(huán)水，壓力應(yīng)在1Kg /cm²，壓力流量應(yīng)在13L/min以上。

The pressure of circulating cooling water should be 1Kg /cm² and the flow should be over 13L/min.

（3）. 冷卻水溫，不可超過35℃。

The temperature of cooling water should not be higher than 35℃.

（4）.打開本機(jī)冷卻水出入口球閥，自動補(bǔ)水至水箱（如補(bǔ)充水無法進(jìn)入水箱，即冷卻水壓力不夠）。

Turn on the ball valve of the cooling water’s inlet ａnd outlet, supplement water automatically （if fail, the pressure of the cooling water is not enough）.

※     如貴公司所訂冷凍機(jī)為冰水系統(tǒng)（如用純水）與冷卻水系統(tǒng)水質(zhì)不同，請自行添加至水箱。

※     If the chiller ordered by your company requires different quality of water （like pure water）, please add it to the water tank by yourself.

※     如貴公司所訂冷凍機(jī)的冰水槽移至外部加大，須先把冰水槽加滿水位。

※     If the chiller ordered by your company needs to move the ice water tank to the outside ａnd enlarge it, you shall fill the tank with water to the water line.

※     如貴公司所訂冷凍機(jī)為氣冷式，則不用冷卻水塔，只須從后本機(jī)補(bǔ)給水球閥補(bǔ)水。

※     If the chiller ordered by your company is air-cooling, then cooling water tower is not needed, just supplement water through the ball valve.

3、檢查冰水進(jìn)出口是否接對。

Check if the inlet ａnd outlet of ice water is connected right.

4、以上事項(xiàng)正確后，方可開機(jī)。

Make sure the above items are all right, ａnd then turn the machine on.

5、本機(jī)系統(tǒng)注意事項(xiàng)：

Attentions:

（1） .溫度勿設(shè)定4℃以下，否則冷凍水易凍結(jié)脹破蒸發(fā)器銅管，產(chǎn)生漏冷媒狀況。

The temperature should not be below 4℃, otherwise the cooling water will freeze ａnd swell to break the copper pipe of the evaporator, causing cooling medium leakage.

（2）.溫度如設(shè)定4℃以下，需添加防凍液于水箱內(nèi)。

If the temperature is below 4℃, antifreeze should be added to the water

tank.

（3）.本機(jī)設(shè)有電源相位識別，保護(hù)馬達(dá)，泵浦反轉(zhuǎn)及故障指示電路，如有任何故障將無法啟開馬達(dá)及壓縮機(jī)。

This machine has power supply phase recognition, motor protection,

pump reversal ａnd malfunction indicator circuit, so the motor ａnd

compressor will not function if there is any fault.

（3）  .凍結(jié)指示燈亮，壓縮機(jī)無法啟動，泵正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

When the freezing indicator light is on, the compressor will not function but the pump still works.

三、保養(yǎng)注意事項(xiàng) Maintenance Notices

1、          定期檢查冷媒量，運(yùn)行中指示低壓應(yīng)在3.5 Kg /cm²以上。

Check the cooling medium quantity regularly, the low pressure should be above 3.5 Kg /cm² when running.

2、          若為半封閉式壓縮機(jī)，要定期檢查油量，正常應(yīng)在窗口的2/3以上。

If the compressor is semi-closed, check the oil quantity regularly ａnd it should be more than 2/3 of the window normally.

3、          每隔六個月刷洗冷凝管一次。

Clean the condenser every 6 months.

4、          每隔三個月清洗冷卻水塔一次。

Clean the cooling water tower every 3 months.

5、          冷卻水質(zhì)不良，請加裝Y型過濾器。

Install Y-type filter if the quality of cooling water is not good.

6、          請勿封閉冰水管路循環(huán)，不得與其它管路共享。

Do not block the circulation of ice water pipeline ａnd not share with other pipelines.

7、          冷卻水塔可加殺藻劑和除垢劑，防防止青苔和水垢。

Algicide ａnd cleaner can be added to the cooling water tower.

8、          冰水系統(tǒng)每隔三個月更換新水一次，若無法更換請加除銹劑。

Change the water of ice water system every 3 months. If not possible, please add rust remover.

9、          若為氣冷式請定期清洗過濾網(wǎng)。

Clean the filter regularly if the chiller is air-cooling.

10、     本機(jī)使用R-22冷媒（CHCIF），請勿私自添加冷媒。

This machine uses R-22 cooling medium （CHCIF）, please DONOT add

the medium by yourself.

11、     故障產(chǎn)生請依故障指示燈檢查系統(tǒng)，如無法排除故障，請來電聯(lián)系。

Follow the indicator light to check the system if malfunction occurs. If not able to solve, please call us.

※     附注：冷凝器管路的清洗方法

※     Annotations: Cleaning method of condenser pipeline

（1）．切斷電源開關(guān)。

Cut the power supply.

（2）．關(guān)閉冷卻水進(jìn)出口球閥。

Turn off the ball valve of cooling water inlet ａnd outlet.

（3）．拆下冷凍機(jī)前面板。

Dismantle the front panel of the chiller.

（4）．將固定螺絲拆開，卸下圓形蓋板，可見銅管。請使用銅刷來回清通即可。

Take the fixed screw apart ａnd dismantle the round cover board to see the copper pipe. Please clean with a copper brush back ａnd forth to make it through.

※     請勿弄破橡膠墊片、保溫棉，不得使用鐵刷，以免刮傷銅管。

※     Please don’t break the rubber washer ａnd heat preservation cotton, not use iron brush in case it will scratch the pipe.

※     若無法清通，請以除垢劑清洗。如有不明之處，請來電，我司將有專員為您服務(wù)。
