Mellanox MMA1L10-CR Optical Transceiver 100GbE QSFP28 LC-LC 1310nm LR4 up to 10km
Mellanox 100Gb/s transceiver module is designed for use in 100 Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) links on up to 10km of single mode fiber. It is compliant with the QSFP28 MSA, IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 ａnd IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4. Digital diagnostic functions are available via the I2 C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA.
The module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals ａnd then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely, on the receiver side the module de-multiplexes a 100Gb/s optical LAN WDM input into 4 optical signals ａnd then converts them to 4 output channels of electrical data.

The MMA2P00-AS has a standard SFP28 connector on the electrical side towards the host system supporting CAUI-1. The optical interface is composed of two optical channels/fibers, one in each direction, intended for a multi-mode optical cable connected via standard LC connectors. Each channel/ fiber operates at signaling rates up to 25.78125 GBd.

This transceiver incorporates Mellanox integrated circuit technology, which combines high performance at low power. The transceiver operates over parallel multi-mode fiber (MMF), using a nominal wavelength of 850nm, ａnd is SFF-8436 compliant.
The MMA1B00-B150D transceiver has a standard QSFP+ connector on the electrical side towards the host system for power, control/monitoring ａnd high-speed data. The optical interface is composed of four optical channels/fibers in each direction, intended for a parallel MMF cable via a standard MPO connector. The transceiver can operate 10.3125Gb/s without retiming.
The transceiver provides digital diagnostic monitoring of supply voltage, temperature, transmit/receive power, ａnd VCSEL bias.
