螺旋閘門

SCREW GATE VALVE

螺旋閘門用于建材、冶金、礦山、電力、化工、玻璃、輕工、糧食等行業(yè)的庫(kù)頂、庫(kù)底及進(jìn)出口等。是控制流量變化較大，啟動(dòng)頻繁，切斷迅速的理想設(shè)備。

This valve is widely used at the   top ａnd bottom of store house ａnd carry port in metallurgical, mining, building material, food, chemical industries etc. It is the ideal equipment to control a great changing flow, to open ａnd close frequently ａnd to stop quickly.

 

結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

Structure characteristic:

結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、操作靈活、重量輕、無(wú)卡阻、切斷快，特別適用于各類無(wú)粘度的固體、粉料及小于 Φ 10mm 的顆粒料，晶粒料的輸送及流量調(diào)節(jié)，安裝不受角度限制， 操作方便， 能隨時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)開(kāi)度。該閥門有手輪和鏈輪操縱兩種操作形式， I 型為手輪， II 為鏈輪。單向和雙向兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式， LZD 為單向、 LZS 為雙向。

This valve is simple in structure, handy to operate, light in weight, non-obstructive ａnd quick to stop. It is suitable to be used to carry all kinds of solid material, particle ａnd crystal particle whose diameter is below 10mm ａnd to adjust the flow. It can be installed at any angle ａnd operated handily. The size of its gate can be regulated at any time. This valve has two type of operation. One is manual wheel operation; the other is chain wheel operation. Ⅰ means manual wheel. Ⅱ means chain wheel. The valve has two type of construction LZD is signal direction ａnd LZS is double direction.

 

工作原理 ：

Working principle

主要由框架、閘板、絲桿、螺母等零件構(gòu)成，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪使絲桿帶著絲桿螺母和閘板沿水平方向往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，達(dá)到閘門的啟閉目的。

It is mainly made up of frame, gate board, screw pole, nut etc. Rotate the handwheel by hand, then the screw pole drives the nut ａnd gate board move in horizontal to ａnd fro to open or close the valve.

使用說(shuō)明：

U sage explanation:

＆#8226;  本閥可水平安裝或垂直安裝 ， 安裝時(shí)兩法蘭連接中間必須加密封墊片 ， 然后鎖緊螺栓。

＆#8226;  操作時(shí)手輪順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)為閥關(guān)，反之為開(kāi)，不得在手輪上再增加輔助杠桿。

＆#8226;  若長(zhǎng)期存放應(yīng)使設(shè)備處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)，各傳動(dòng)部位應(yīng)加潤(rùn)滑油，不允許露天存放或堆置。

＆#8226;  It can be installed in horizontal or vertical. Sealing gasket must be put on the connected, then equably tight the bolt.

＆#8226;  You can not add assistant lever to the hand wheel. Clockwise turn of hand wheel means the closing of valve, otherwise it means opening.

＆#8226;  The device should be in the shut-down if the valve-board is placed longer. Driving parts should add lubricated oil. Placing in the open air ａnd piling up is not permitted.
