產(chǎn)品簡述：
手機鋼化玻璃落球沖擊試驗機用于鋼化玻璃、手機蓋板,玻璃面板、安全玻璃的抗沖擊、抗穿透性能試驗,以規(guī)定重量之鋼球調(diào)整在一定的高度，使之自由落下，打擊試件，觀察其受損程度，用以判定組件、鋼化玻璃品質(zhì)。
產(chǎn)品原理：
手機鋼化玻璃落球沖擊試驗機由落球架、電磁釋放器、樣品框、鋼球和控制系統(tǒng)組成。 電磁釋放器除可釋放常規(guī)8.35、112、198、225、357、533、1042、2280g鋼球，也適用于美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)200g鋼箭等沖擊體的釋放。
詳細介紹：
本機采用直流電磁控制方式，將鋼球置于電磁吸盤下鋼球自動被吸上，按下跌落鍵，吸盤瞬間釋放鋼球，鋼球?qū)⒆髯杂陕潴w試驗，沖擊試件表面。跌落高度可作上下調(diào)整，并附有高度標(biāo)尺，可得知物品跌落高度。

試驗步驟:
1、試樣為與制品相同厚度的同種類的原板玻璃，且與制品在同一工藝條件下制造的尺寸約為 40mm*40mm的鋼化玻璃6塊。
2、用圖1所示的鐵框支撐試樣，使沖擊面保持水平。試驗曲面鋼化玻璃時，需要使用相應(yīng)的輔助框架支承。
3、用質(zhì)量約8.35g表面光滑的鋼球（符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T308）放在距離試樣表面200mm（普通玻璃）、500mm（鋼化玻璃）的高度，使其自由落下。沖擊點應(yīng)在距試樣中心3mm的范圍內(nèi)。
4、對每塊試樣的沖擊只限一次。觀察其是否被破壞。
