熱收縮套 輻射交聯(lián)聚乙烯熱收縮套 熱收縮補(bǔ)口套
熱縮套全稱(chēng)為輻射交聯(lián)聚乙烯熱收縮補(bǔ)口套，基材為特殊輻照聚乙烯管材經(jīng)過(guò)擴(kuò)張后形成的密封筒狀結(jié)構(gòu)，膠層采用熱熔型丁基改性橡膠。經(jīng)過(guò)如特殊工藝復(fù)合而成，熱縮套一般包含配套底漆，密封熱熔膠條和其他工具。當(dāng)不使用底漆時(shí)又稱(chēng)兩層結(jié)構(gòu)熱縮套。
熱收縮套是整體無(wú)縫結(jié)構(gòu)的熱縮套，周向收縮率≥50%。主要用于管道補(bǔ)口防腐、大小頭、閥門(mén)密封等。熱縮套熱熔膠良好粘接性能可與鋼管底層以及管涂層例如聚乙烯、聚炳烯、環(huán)氧粉末、環(huán)氧煤瀝青等結(jié)合行成良好的密封保護(hù)的熱熔膠。（預(yù)熱困難時(shí)可采取低溫涂刷性能優(yōu)異的的底漆來(lái)獲得良好的效果） ，熱收縮套產(chǎn)品適用于各種管體防腐涂層如：二層聚乙烯（2PE）、三層聚乙烯(3PE)、三層聚炳烯（3PP）、粉末環(huán)氧（FBE）、保溫夾克、煤焦油瓷漆、石油瀝青。在管線(xiàn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)補(bǔ)口防腐及大（端頭封堵）、閥門(mén)的密封防腐中獲得大量應(yīng)用，效果良好。這已為許多管道工程所證實(shí)。 配合熱熔膠及底漆, 熱收縮套能適應(yīng)不同的運(yùn)行溫度條件，抗蠕變性能好，壽命長(zhǎng)。
熱縮套的主要特點(diǎn)：
1、收縮范圍大，一般熱縮到的收縮比能達(dá)到2:1.
2、多層的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)，使得熱縮帶安裝方便，操作簡(jiǎn)單�？箾_擊，防滲漏，對(duì)溫度循環(huán)，靜水靜壓有很好的抵抗力�？捎糜谒坠艿婪栏�。
3、施工簡(jiǎn)單，用火一烤，熱縮防腐，安裝效率高。
4、輻照而成的基材對(duì)紫外線(xiàn)，細(xì)菌霉菌、管道陰極保護(hù)電流所造成的涂層分離有很強(qiáng)的抵抗能力。
