7.油路設(shè)計(jì)：采用全比例式油路系統(tǒng)，低噪音并具有自動(dòng)調(diào)整壓力大小比例之功能，精確穩(wěn)定。     

1.Mechanics design:The base adopts special mechanics design and the precision of the horizon is more accurate . The appearance of the machine is more beautiful as well as the high quality.     

2.Material supply system:A special design of two-states material supply is employed . It expels bubble out of the raw material in the most effective way and there is no dead material left in the injection system.     

3.Injection volume control:A design incorporating a high precision optical ruler made in Germany is employed . The injection volume can be calculated and  controlled precisely.     

4.Cold runner technology:Supporting mold is employed to provide water cycle to achieve cold runner technology ,it can avoid dead material effectively to save raw material.     

5.Vacuum design of mold :Adopting imported vacuum pump to achieve vacuum supply , it can ensure the quality.     

6.Security design :A light curtain made in Japan is available . And an automatic warning system is available . It monitors the status of machine in order to provide extra protection to assure the operation safety for operators .     

7.Circuit board design :A full-scale oil system is adopted . The noise is low and the pressure is adjusted automatically and proportionally .It is very accurate and stable.     

本系列機(jī)械特點(diǎn) ● 鎖模油缸先鎖模,再由注膠油缸將膠料勻速壓入模腔,制品飛邊少,幾何尺寸精確,物理機(jī)械性能均勻穩(wěn)定. ● 采用原裝進(jìn)口高壓油泵和中高壓葉片泵組合,比例壓力流量復(fù)合閥控制,油路配置合理可靠,噪聲小,能耗低. ● 動(dòng)模板快速上升,慢速鎖緊,快速下降,提高生產(chǎn)效率,保護(hù)模具. ● 采用自動(dòng)進(jìn)退模及頂出機(jī)構(gòu),降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,避免模具的人為破壞. ● 液壓油缸應(yīng)用了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的“油缸復(fù)合密封裝置”,密封可靠,壽命長(zhǎng). ● 油箱采用了“翻蓋板結(jié)構(gòu)開(kāi)放式油箱”,維修維護(hù)省時(shí)省力,更加人性化. ● 電氣系統(tǒng)采用全電腦控制,操作方便, 具有點(diǎn)動(dòng),半自動(dòng)兩種工作模式,用戶(hù)可選用德國(guó)西門(mén)子或日本三菱進(jìn)口PLC控制,5.7寸觸摸屏顯示 ● 準(zhǔn)備坯料簡(jiǎn)單,快捷,生產(chǎn)效率高
