SymCom＇s growth over the past year has been astounding, highlighted by the purchase of New York based competitor SSAC. The acquisition of SSAC has led to the expansion of our business base, product lines, ａnd development, as well as our manufacturing capabilities.
Our rapid pace of growth has led to the need for a larger Rapid City facility. In December 2010, SymCom purchased the former Sanmina-SCI property located on Disk Drive. Along with the current SymCom line, plans are underway for Rapid Molding, ａnd injection molding, tooling ａnd diemaking company, to also be housed in the 200,000+ square foot facility. Future plans include onsite daycare ａnd fitness facilities.
