介紹： 白色固體粉末，可以均勻分散在水及有機溶劑中，得到白色混懸液。單分散二氧化硅微球，具有粒徑分布均一，純度高的特點，可應(yīng)用于顯微學(xué)、細胞測量學(xué)、生物醫(yī)學(xué)、過濾檢測和流動原理研究等領(lǐng)域。單分散的二氧化硅微球表面可以鍵合－NH2, －COOH, 白蛋白,蛋白A，環(huán)氧基，NTA, EDTA，鏈霉親和素等基團，還可以連接熒光基團，形成功能化的熒光微球，用于偶聯(lián)DNA，寡聚核苷酸，寡聚多肽，蛋白質(zhì)，凝集素，抗體等。 【使用注意事項】 1· 二氧化硅微球可以長期存放在乙醇，甲醇，四氫呋喃等有機溶劑中，請勿在水中長期存放鍵合相二氧化硅微球，會造成鍵合相的流失。 2· 二氧化硅微球易被氫氟酸等含氟溶劑腐蝕，在強堿性條件下也會造成二氧化硅水解，在常溫常壓下使用pH范圍為2－10。 3· 使用前水浴超聲10 min有助于其均勻分散。 2·5 %（w/v）乙醇懸浮液。"
