二、實(shí)驗(yàn)材料與試劑配制：

1. 儀器與材料：酶標(biāo)儀（使用前預(yù)熱30分鐘），微量加液器、吸頭、蒸餾水或去離子水，濾紙。

2. 緩沖液使用：加5ul  的緩沖液于50ul  的樣品中，如果樣品量不夠或者不確定，緩沖液和樣品的混合比例不要小于1:10即可混勻，靜置1小時(shí)備用（如果標(biāo)本是血清或者血漿，此步驟忽略）。

3. 洗液的配制：按1:100的比例配制洗液備用。

1.檢查試劑盒標(biāo)簽上的有效期。如果超過有效期，請(qǐng)勿使用。

8.檢查不穩(wěn)定或者變質(zhì)的試劑溶液（比如沉淀或變色）。有些試劑，比如標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品稀釋液或者檢測(cè)稀釋液，可能在設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)就含有沉淀物。所有試劑在滴入酶標(biāo)板之前，必需充分混勻。而由于沉淀物的特性，在加入酶標(biāo)板之前，必需不停攪拌。
