二、實驗材料與試劑配制：

1. 儀器與材料：酶標儀（使用前預熱30分鐘），微量加液器、吸頭、蒸餾水或去離子水，濾紙。

2. 緩沖液使用：加5ul  的緩沖液于50ul  的樣品中，如果樣品量不夠或者不確定，緩沖液和樣品的混合比例不要小于1:10即可混勻，靜置1小時備用（如果標本是血清或者血漿，此步驟忽略）。

3. 洗液的配制：按1:100的比例配制洗液備用。
