1.削土刀切開環(huán)刀周圍的土壤，取出已裝滿土的環(huán)刀，細(xì)心削去環(huán)刀兩端多余的土，并擦凈環(huán)刀外面的土。環(huán)刀兩端立即加蓋，以免水分蒸發(fā)。隨即稱重(精確到0.01g)并記錄。
2、田間選擇挖掘土壤剖面的位置，然后挖掘土壤剖面，按剖面層次，分層采樣，每層重復(fù)3次。如只測(cè)定耕作層土壤容重，則不必挖土壤剖面。
