1、先剪取塊規(guī)定尺寸的試樣，并在水中飽和。

2、擰開右邊進(jìn)水室容器端蓋上的緊固螺母，并將容器端蓋拆下。

3、將試樣順機(jī)裝入中間壓力室的乳膠套中。

4、在緊固不銹鋼上的螺母時(shí)，應(yīng)將三個(gè)螺母同時(shí)擰緊，并與容器端蓋之間的壓力保持致。

5、開始試驗(yàn)。

6、先開動(dòng)加壓開關(guān)，在中間容器內(nèi)微加壓至 2~5kpa左右，打開調(diào)水閥，使水滲入容器。

7、待水從試樣中滲透至出水容器時(shí)，再根據(jù)需要加壓，待壓力穩(wěn)定后，用量筒接取定時(shí)間內(nèi)的滲水，并計(jì)算通水量。測(cè)讀通過(guò) 500cm³滲透水量的時(shí)間 ,或記錄15min 內(nèi)通過(guò)的水量。 每個(gè)水力梯度下平行測(cè)定3 次。

8、試驗(yàn)完畢后，旋轉(zhuǎn)放氣閥放掉氣壓，擦干水漬，并晾干所有橡膠制品。
