1、  根據(jù)使用情況對(duì)軸承部件定期潤滑，減速箱潤滑參照其產(chǎn)品使用說明書。

定期檢查機(jī)器的密封情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)有漏漿處及時(shí)檢查密封的質(zhì)量。

2、  經(jīng)常檢查鏟片的堅(jiān)固情況，如有松動(dòng)應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊。

3、  經(jīng)常檢查電器控制系統(tǒng)是否接觸良好和干燥。

4、  攪拌機(jī)經(jīng)常期使用后，鏟片與攪拌筒要磨損，根據(jù)磨損情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整或更換。

5、  在攪拌過程中切勿將于和棒狀物插入筒內(nèi)以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。
