1、操作儀器前，應(yīng)先閱讀本使用說明書，嚴格按說明書的操作程序進行，不得錯序，特此說明：要排除量缽內(nèi)的壓力空氣，不得用[ 操作閥 ]排氣，因為會將量缽頂面的水泥漿帶入空氣室沉積，而影響以后的測試結(jié)果，

2、骨料粒不得大于40m，超出者需篩除。

3、目前，我國各部所頒布的混凝土試驗規(guī)程，對混凝土搗實方法的規(guī)定是并列人工搗實和振動搗實兩種方法。同一種混凝土拌合物，用人工插搗法搗實混凝土所測含氣量，較振動搗實的高。

4、測試完畢，應(yīng)將所有沾有水泥漿的零部件清洗干凈。

5.儀器出廠已經(jīng)過校正，用戶可不必進行標定。
