一、產(chǎn)品本廠(chǎng)承諾所有的系列產(chǎn)品，嚴(yán)格按照國(guó)標(biāo)、部標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織生產(chǎn)，并承諾所提供的產(chǎn)品是全新的未曾使用過(guò)的，從原材料進(jìn)廠(chǎng)到設(shè)備出廠(chǎng)都經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格的和完善的檢驗(yàn)。

二、售后服務(wù)

產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)工作由本廠(chǎng)售后服務(wù)部與全國(guó)的授權(quán)代理商和經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商共同完成。

三、免費(fèi)質(zhì)保期內(nèi)提供24小時(shí)電話(huà)技術(shù)支持與4小時(shí)響應(yīng)服務(wù)，24小時(shí)內(nèi)解決問(wèn)題，24小時(shí)內(nèi)仍無(wú)法解決問(wèn)題的按原型號(hào)及材質(zhì)進(jìn)行更換。

四、質(zhì)保期間

質(zhì)保一年，質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，本廠(chǎng)免費(fèi)對(duì)設(shè)備及配件進(jìn)行維修；因不可抗拒力(如水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、雷擊、電壓異常或人為)造成的損壞不在保修之列。

The warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, our factory will repair the equipment ａnd accessories free of charge. Any damage caused by force majeure such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, abnormal voltage or man-made damage is not included in the warranty.
