1、檢查油量

如液壓泵活塞沒(méi)有完全縮回缸體內(nèi)時(shí)，應(yīng)首先通過(guò)油管連接至手壓泵，逆時(shí)針?lè)较驍Q松泵體上的卸荷  閥，使千斤中的液壓油排回到手壓泵儲(chǔ)油桶中。

擰開(kāi)注油閥，檢查油量，如油不滿，可加注N46號(hào)耐磨液壓油或20號(hào)機(jī)油。

2、排氣

液壓系統(tǒng)組裝好后，儲(chǔ)油桶、油管及液壓缸中�；煊锌諝�，為使液壓系統(tǒng)正常，這些空氣必須排掉。方法是，將手動(dòng)泵放在比液壓缸稍高的地方，壓動(dòng)手動(dòng)泵，使液壓油缸活塞伸出，再打開(kāi)卸荷閥，使活塞縮回，連續(xù)幾次即可。必要時(shí)可打開(kāi)注油閥，排除儲(chǔ)油桶內(nèi)空氣。
