一、產(chǎn)品本廠承諾所有的系列產(chǎn)品，嚴(yán)格按照國標(biāo)、部標(biāo)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組織生產(chǎn)，并承諾所提供的產(chǎn)品是全新的未曾使用過的，從原材料進(jìn)廠到設(shè)備出廠都經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的和完善的檢驗(yàn)。

Our factory promises that all series of products will be produced in strict accordance with the National Standard ａnd the ministry standard, ａnd that the products will be brand-new ａnd unused, from the raw materials into the factory to the equipment factory after strict ａnd perfect inspection.

二、售后服務(wù)

產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)工作由本廠售后服務(wù)部與全國的授權(quán)代理商和經(jīng)銷商共同完成。

The after-sales service of the after-sales service products shall be jointly completed by the after-sales Service Department of our factory ａnd authorized agents ａnd distributors throughout the country.

三、免費(fèi)質(zhì)保期內(nèi)提供24小時(shí)電話技術(shù)支持與4小時(shí)響應(yīng)服務(wù)，24小時(shí)內(nèi)解決問題，24小時(shí)內(nèi)仍無法解決問題的按原型號及材質(zhì)進(jìn)行更換。

四、質(zhì)保期間

質(zhì)保一年，質(zhì)保期內(nèi)，本廠免費(fèi)對設(shè)備及配件進(jìn)行維修；因不可抗拒力(如水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、雷擊、電壓異�；蛉藶�)造成的損壞不在保修之列。

The warranty period is one year. During the warranty period, our factory will repair the equipment ａnd accessories free of charge. Any damage caused by force majeure such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, abnormal voltage or man-made damage is not included in the warranty.
