Ingredients: 0.1% gelatin, 5mM Vernal, 145mM NaCl, 0.025% NaN3, 10mM EDTA, pH7.3

The application of GVBE is usually used as a buffer added at the end of the assay to prevent complement activation ａnd dilute the reaction to a level that can be read by spectrophotometry. It is also used to establish a control experiment where complement activation should not occur.

5) Insert the cleaned electrode into a standard pH buffer solution:

6) Adjust the positioning knob to match the instrument reading with the pH value of the buffer solution at the current temperature. After each measurement, the electrode must be washed with distilled water ａnd the water on the surface of the electrode must be sucked dry with wiping paper. After normal calibration, there will be no abnormalities in the data when measuring the pH value of the standard buffer solution in reverse.

6）調(diào)節(jié)定位旋鈕使儀器讀數(shù)與該緩沖溶液當時溫度下的PH值一致。每一次測定后都必須用蒸餾水將電洗凈，用擦鏡紙將電表面的水吸干。經(jīng)過正常標定后，再反過來測標準緩沖溶液的PH值時，數(shù)據(jù)不會出現(xiàn)異常。
