3D-Fect Transfection Reagent

3D-Fect 允許將多種細(xì)胞(細(xì)胞系和原代細(xì)胞)轉(zhuǎn)染到 3D 支架中:基于膠原蛋白和膠原蛋白衍生的支架預(yù)加載由 3D-Fect(比例 4:1)和 1 μg pVectOZ-GFP(綠色圖片)或 RFP 質(zhì)粒(紅色圖片)形成的復(fù)合物。然后接種細(xì)胞并在48小時(shí)后在熒光顯微鏡下觀察
