FLIVO探針是什么？

FLIVO(FLuorescence in vIVO)探針是細(xì)胞滲透性、無毒性的天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspases)熒光抑制劑，FLIVO可以用于檢測活體動物體內(nèi)Caspase介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞凋亡、焦亡。FLIVO非常敏感，自然發(fā)生的低水平細(xì)胞凋亡也會被檢測到。

FLIVO探針的活體使用對藥物測定研究很有價值，因?yàn)橥ㄟ^活體動物的熒光成像可測定藥物反應(yīng)性所引起的凋亡水平升高或降低。凋亡水平的升高使得粘附的探針更多，因此熒光強(qiáng)度增加。此外，活體技術(shù)避免了從動物上取出細(xì)胞和組織的需要，這會進(jìn)一步誘導(dǎo)凋亡。
