Use of Hepatocyte Culture Medium for Culturing Rat Hapatocytes：

1. Thaw the supplement ａnd add the entire volume (5ml) to the basal medium (500ml). Antibiotics may also be added if contamination is a concern.

2. Take the amount of hepatocyte culture medium needed ａnd warm to 37°C in a water bath or incubator. Avoid frequent temperature change to the entire bottle of medium. The hepatocyte culture medium is stable for at least 1 month stored at 4°C.
