抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶（TRAP，tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase）為破骨細胞的標(biāo)志酶，特異地分布于破骨細胞中，為破骨細胞所特有。通常作為鑒別破骨細胞的重要標(biāo)志物，使破骨細胞呈紅色。
