艾美捷抗人IL-2單抗MT8G10：
這種單克隆抗體能夠在流式細(xì)胞術(shù)中靈敏和特異地檢測(cè)產(chǎn)生人 IL-2 的細(xì)胞。它作為 FITC 偶聯(lián) MT8G10 的即用型解決方案提供。抗人IL-2單抗MT8G10也可用于生物素化。

非人類靈長(zhǎng)類動(dòng)物交叉反應(yīng)
與 NHP 反應(yīng)的系統(tǒng)要么基于交叉反應(yīng)的人類試劑盒，要么基于門開(kāi)發(fā)的猴子試劑盒 (NHP)。
交叉反應(yīng)性驗(yàn)證測(cè)試已由 Mabtech 和/或其他人在 ELISpot 和/或 ELISA 中進(jìn)行。交叉反應(yīng)證據(jù)較少的測(cè)定被定義為適應(yīng)癥。
