該基因位于染色體1上的組蛋白簇中。該基因是集群中四個重復的組蛋白基因之；該記錄代表端�？截�。抗組蛋白H3是對染色質(zhì)修飾劑、染色質(zhì)研究、組蛋白和修飾組蛋白以及表觀遺傳學研究感興趣的研究人員的理想選擇。
免疫印跡和免疫熒光檢測抗組蛋白H3[單甲基Lys4]抗體。這種抗體在免疫細胞化學、染色質(zhì)免疫沉淀和斑點雜交中很有用。用戶應優(yōu)化反應性的具體條件。通過HeLa組蛋白制備裂解液或適當?shù)募毎呀庖夯蛱崛∥镏械?span style="font-family: Calibri;">Western Blotting，預期約15.4 kDa的條帶對應于組蛋白H3蛋白。Epi Plus™ 與Novus Biologicals合作生產(chǎn)抗體。
