Rockland Epi-Plus特點(diǎn)及優(yōu)勢:
Rockland的高特異性Epi-Plus系列抗體可識別經(jīng)過修飾的組蛋白和相關(guān)的細(xì)胞靶點(diǎn),并通過多種檢測方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。Epi-Plus抗體對這種修飾是特別靈敏和特異的,并且對相同位點(diǎn)或該蛋白其他氨基酸的其他修飾沒有交叉反應(yīng)。免疫熒光(IF)、免疫沉淀(IP)、染色質(zhì)免疫沉淀(ChIP)、免疫組化(IHC)和蛋白印跡(WB)的分析驗(yàn)證了Epi-Plus抗體的有效性。
