環(huán)巴胺對(duì)Hedgehog信號(hào)通路有抑制作用,在抗腫瘤方面表現(xiàn)出良好的活性。研究表明,環(huán)巴胺可以對(duì)Hedgehog信號(hào)通路的激活起到抑制作用,而后者參與原癌基因 Smoothened (Smo) 或滅活腫瘤抑制基因 Patched (Ptch) 的突變相關(guān)反應(yīng)途徑,并且這兩種基因都能夠編碼多程跨膜蛋白。此外,已經(jīng)證明環(huán)巴胺的抑制作用是由于其與Smo七螺旋蛋白束的直接結(jié)合有關(guān)。
