小鼠總膽汁酸檢測試劑盒是利用3-a羥基類固醇脫氫酶(3-aHSD)特有的酶學(xué)性質(zhì),以酶學(xué)技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)開發(fā)的。在NAD存在下,膽汁酸轉(zhuǎn)化為3-酮類固醇和NADH。生成的NADH與硝基四唑藍(lán)(NBT)反應(yīng)形成染料。通過在540nm處測量吸光度來監(jiān)測染料的形成,吸光度與小鼠樣品中的膽汁酸濃度成正比。
