用途： 絡(luò)合指示劑，檢驗(yàn)鈣、鉻、鎂、錳、鉛和鋅等，農(nóng)業(yè)上用于土壤分析、植株分析等。

介紹： 溶于水呈玫瑰紅色，在堿性溶液中呈灰藍(lán)色。通常與萘酚綠B配合使用，簡稱“K－B混合指示劑”在堿性條件下，呈藍(lán)綠色，萘酚綠在使用中本身并無顏色變化，僅起襯托終點(diǎn)顏色得作用。在堿性條件下，試劑與某些金屬離子絡(luò)合，形成玫瑰紅色絡(luò)合物。常被用作EDTA滴定鈣的指示劑，也用于鈣，鎂總量的測定。試劑水溶液不穩(wěn)定，常于氯化鈉粉末配成固體混合物保存合使用"
