用途及描述：科研試劑，廣泛應(yīng)用于分子生物學，藥理學等科研方面。甘油醛－3－磷酸脫氫酶催化甘油醛－3－磷酸轉(zhuǎn)化為D－甘油酸－1,3－二磷酸，這是糖酵解途徑的一部分。它也參與細胞凋亡的啟動、轉(zhuǎn)錄激活和雌激素受體到高爾基體之間的運動

甘油醛－3－磷酸脫氫酶催化轉(zhuǎn)化Glyceraldehyde－3－phosphate,3－bisphosphoglycerate作為糖酵解的一部分。它也被證明在啟動細胞凋亡的作用,轉(zhuǎn)錄激活和ER的穿梭于高爾基體小泡
