簡介：蛋白酶K是一個穩(wěn)定、高活性絲氨酸蛋白酶。晶體和分子結構研究的表明其屬于枯草桿菌蛋白酶家族，活性催化位點為 Asp39－His69－Ser224。在廣泛的pH、緩沖鹽，表面活性劑(SDS)和溫度范圍內保持穩(wěn)定。在0.1－0.5% SDS中，蛋白酶K保留活性，降解各種蛋白質和核酸酶，在不影響DNA的完整性的前提下提取DNA。

用途及描述：科研試劑。蛋白酶K是DNA和RNA提取中使核酸酶失活。用于除去結合到如溶菌酶和核糖核酸酶A等陽離子蛋白上的內毒素；并用于確定酶在膜上的位置；用于石蠟嵌入組織部分的處理為抗體標記暴露抗原結合位點；
