用途及描述：科研試劑，廣泛應(yīng)用于分子生物學(xué)，藥理學(xué)等科研方面。為雙鏈特異性內(nèi)切核酸酶，能降解雙鏈DNA成為具有5ˊ-磷酸及3ˊ-OH末端的寡脫氧核糖核苷酸。激活劑為二價金屬離子，激活可以從鎂(Mg2+)，鈣(Ca2+)得到。抑制劑有EDTA和十二烷基硫酸鈉。
