簡介：凍干粉，35°C一單位一分鐘能夠氧化1.0μmolβ-D-葡萄糖為D-葡萄糖酸內(nèi)酯和雙氧水。可能含有淀粉酶、麥芽糖酶、肝淀粉酵素、轉(zhuǎn)化酶和半乳糖氧化酶。

用途及描述：科研試劑，廣泛應(yīng)用于分子生物學(xué)，藥理學(xué)等科研方面。一種能氧化葡萄糖生成葡萄糖酸的氧化還原酶。該酶對(duì)β-D-葡萄糖表現(xiàn)很高的專一性，葡萄糖氧化酶催化β-D-葡萄糖至d-葡糖酸-β-內(nèi)酯和過氧化氫的氧化，用分子氧作為電子受體。葡萄糖氧化酶被廣泛應(yīng)用于食品和醫(yī)藥工業(yè)，以及葡萄糖生物傳感器的主要組成部分。

儲(chǔ)存條件：-15~-20°C，避光防潮密閉干燥。
