操作步驟

1.準(zhǔn)備試劑，樣品和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品

2.加入準(zhǔn)備好的樣品和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品，37℃反應(yīng)30分鐘

3.洗板5次，加入酶標(biāo)試劑，37℃反應(yīng)30分鐘

4.洗板5次，加入顯色液A、B，37℃顯色15分鐘

5.加入終止液

6.15分鐘之內(nèi)讀OD值

1.試管采集的樣本：3000轉(zhuǎn)，離心五分鐘取上清
