【大鼠尿素(Urea)Elias試劑盒】酶法檢測試驗(yàn)所需自備物品:

1. 酶標(biāo)儀(450nm 波長濾光片)

2. 高精度移液器，EP 管及一次性吸頭

3. 37℃恒溫箱，雙蒸水或去離子水

4. 吸水紙

試劑盒安全性提示：

1.工作人員實(shí)驗(yàn)中避免直接接觸終止液和底物A、B。一旦接觸到這些液體，請盡快用水沖洗。

2.實(shí)驗(yàn)中不要吃喝、抽煙或使用化妝品。

3.不要用嘴吸取試劑盒里的任何成份。

【大鼠尿素(Urea)Elias試劑盒】操作注意事項(xiàng)：

1.試劑盒應(yīng)按標(biāo)簽說明書儲(chǔ)存，使用前恢復(fù)到室溫30分鐘后方可使用。稀稀過后的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品應(yīng)丟棄，不可保存。

2.實(shí)驗(yàn)中不用的板條應(yīng)立即放回包裝袋中，密封保存，以免變質(zhì)。

3.不用的其它試劑應(yīng)包裝好或蓋好。不同批號的試劑不要混用.請?jiān)谠噭┖斜Ｙ|(zhì)前使用。

4.使用一次性的吸頭以免交叉污染，吸取終止液和底物A、B液時(shí)，避免使用帶金屬部分的加樣器。

5.使用干凈的塑料容器配置洗滌液。使用前充分混勻試劑盒里的各種成份及樣品。

6.洗滌酶標(biāo)板時(shí)應(yīng)充分拍干，不要將吸水紙直接放入酶標(biāo)反應(yīng)孔中吸水。

7.底物A應(yīng)揮發(fā)，避免長時(shí)間打開蓋子。底物B對光敏感，避免長時(shí)間暴露于光下。避免用手接觸，有毒。實(shí)驗(yàn)完成后應(yīng)立即讀取OD值。

8.加入試劑的順序應(yīng)一致，以保證所有反應(yīng)板孔溫育的時(shí)間一樣。

9.按照說明書中標(biāo)明的時(shí)間、加液的量及順序進(jìn)行溫育操作。

客戶應(yīng)對所提供的材料及信息負(fù)責(zé)，如因客戶提供的材料及信息不準(zhǔn)確而引起的實(shí)驗(yàn)延誤或經(jīng)濟(jì)損失由客戶承擔(dān)。

齊一生物供應(yīng)ELISA試劑盒檢測的目的是為實(shí)驗(yàn)提供準(zhǔn)確可靠的定量分析實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。為了保證實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性，在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中必須堅(jiān)持全面質(zhì)量控制和全過程質(zhì)量控制。在收集標(biāo)本前都必須有一個(gè)完整的計(jì)劃。

樣本保存條件：

1.2-8℃冰箱*多放2周

2.-20到-50℃的冰箱可以放3-6個(gè)月

3.-50℃以下的冰箱，可以放一年

樣本收集

1.血清樣本用干燥管（紅色）或者促凝管（黃色）收集

2.血漿用抗凝管，一般有EDTA抗凝（紫色）、枸櫞酸鈉抗凝（黑色或者藍(lán)色）

3.動(dòng)物組織勻漿（細(xì)胞）：

              1g組織加入9ml PBS（濃度為0.1M，pH為7.4的）測分泌型指標(biāo)

              1g組織加入1ml組織裂解液加入8ml PBS 測細(xì)胞內(nèi)

糞便樣本：1g樣本+9ml PBS（濃度為0.01M，pH為7.4的）

沒有PBS的話也可以用一下生理鹽水，還是用PBS

樣本離心轉(zhuǎn)速及時(shí)間

1.試管采集的樣本：3000轉(zhuǎn)，離心五分鐘取上清

2.離心管或者EP管采集的樣本：5000－－8000轉(zhuǎn)3分鐘取上清

3..樣本保存－－如果樣品不立即使用，應(yīng)將其分成小部分-70 ℃保存，避免反復(fù)冷凍。盡可能的不要使用溶血或高血脂血。如果血清中大量顆粒，檢測前先離心或過濾。不要在37℃或更高的溫度加熱解凍。應(yīng)在室溫下解凍并確保樣品均勻地充分解凍。

For defect DML, after customer calling QIAGEN technical service hotline before 12 am:

- A special package containing a replacement unit shall be sent to the customer within 2 working days.

- Customer shall send the defect unit to QIAGEN Regional Repair Center following the instructions attached with the packaging.   

For DML owned by customer, QIAGEN Regional Repair Center will send back the repaired original unit to customers within 7-10 working days.

PC, Monitor, Heater, Shaker, Washer, Printer ａnd Votexer:

- A new unit shall be sent to customer within  7-10 working days at no extra cost

- Customer shall send the defect unit to QIAGEN for disposal

- On-site installation of PC ａnd application software is not covered by the agreement

The Preventive Maintenance (PM) service ensures the correct operation of the equipment. During the PM, all the instrument modules are inspected by a qualified QIAGEN service technician.
