操作步驟

1.準(zhǔn)備試劑，樣品和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品

2.加入準(zhǔn)備好的樣品和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品，37℃反應(yīng)30分鐘

3.洗板5次，加入酶標(biāo)試劑，37℃反應(yīng)30分鐘

4.洗板5次，加入顯色液A、B，37℃顯色15分鐘

5.加入終止液

6.15分鐘之內(nèi)讀OD值

1.2-8℃冰箱*多放2周

2.-20到-50℃的冰箱可以放3-6個(gè)月

3.-50℃以下的冰箱，可以放一年

1.血清樣本用干燥管（紅色）或者促凝管（黃色）收集

2.血漿用抗凝管，一般有EDTA抗凝（紫色）、枸櫞酸鈉抗凝（黑色或者藍(lán)色）

3.動(dòng)物組織勻漿（細(xì)胞）：

              1g組織加入9ml PBS（濃度為0.1M，pH為7.4的）測(cè)分泌型指標(biāo)

              1g組織加入1ml組織裂解液加入8ml PBS 測(cè)細(xì)胞內(nèi)

糞便樣本：1g樣本+9ml PBS（濃度為0.01M，pH為7.4的）

沒(méi)有PBS的話也可以用一下生理鹽水，還是用PBS

【大鼠游離甲狀腺激素（FT4）Elias試劑盒】樣本離心轉(zhuǎn)速及時(shí)間

1.試管采集的樣本：3000轉(zhuǎn)，離心五分鐘取上清

2.離心管或者EP管采集的樣本：5000－－8000轉(zhuǎn)3分鐘取上清

3..樣本保存－－如果樣品不立即使用，應(yīng)將其分成小部分-70 ℃保存，避免反復(fù)冷凍。盡可能的不要使用溶血或高血脂血。如果血清中大量顆粒，檢測(cè)前先離心或過(guò)濾。不要在37℃或更高的溫度加熱解凍。應(yīng)在室溫下解凍并確保樣品均勻地充分解凍。
