據(jù)記者了解，國內(nèi)78%的消費(fèi)者選擇購買200元以下價(jià)位的紅酒，正是由于消費(fèi)者的需求偏好促使各大知名酒莊調(diào)整價(jià)格策略，紛紛降價(jià)搶占國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)，從而也拉低了葡萄酒的進(jìn)口價(jià)格水平。這樣導(dǎo)致進(jìn)口葡萄酒性價(jià)比極高。

　　近些年來，隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長，國民人均收入逐漸增長還是根本因素，正如經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)決定上層建筑。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)，民眾的思想觀念也會(huì)隨之改變。莊惠森向記者介紹，目前葡萄酒的受眾群體由當(dāng)初的中高端漸漸地變成普通大眾。而普通民眾的認(rèn)可主要還是價(jià)格方面的原因。

進(jìn)口酒經(jīng)營企業(yè)根據(jù)中國《食品標(biāo)簽通用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》和有關(guān)規(guī)定準(zhǔn)備下列申報(bào)文件后，到當(dāng)?shù)厣唐窓z驗(yàn)檢疫局領(lǐng)取表格后申辦：Imported wine business enterprise according to “China＇s
food label universal standards” ａnd relevant regulations of the following documents, go to local commodity inspection ａnd quarantine bureau , fill the application
form:
1、標(biāo)簽檢驗(yàn)監(jiān)管備案表（申請(qǐng)書）； 1, the record table of inspection ａnd administration label (application);
2、原外文標(biāo)簽樣圖片（前和后的標(biāo)簽資料）。2, the original sample foreign labels (tags pictures);
3、原外文標(biāo)簽翻譯件（前和后的標(biāo)簽資料）；3, foreign labels translation (the front ａnd back tag);
4、中文商標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)樣張（前和后的標(biāo)簽資料）；4, Chinese trademark design (the front ａnd back tag);
5、酒的原產(chǎn)證明；5, the certificate of origin;
6、中國經(jīng)銷商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、電話號(hào)碼；6, China company business license, telephone number;
7、外國生產(chǎn)商公司名稱；7, foreign manufacturers company name;
8、酒的樣品（一般各3瓶，有時(shí)按需要會(huì)多抽幾瓶）；8, wine samples (general each three bottles, sometimes need more according the requirement);
9、國家商檢局部門需要的其他資料。9, other documents require by national commodity inspection bureau.
以上資料齊備后，當(dāng)貨物報(bào)關(guān)完畢后，與當(dāng)?shù)厣虣z局上報(bào)審核備案或者在到貨前到商檢局認(rèn)定機(jī)構(gòu)做中文標(biāo)簽預(yù)備案。Above information are ready for apply to customs, should have a
