Corning® Cell Recovery Solution, 100mL (Product #354253)
Corning® Cell Recovery Solution, 100mL, enables the recovery of cells cultured on Corning® Matrigel® Basement Membrane Matrix for subsequent biochemical analyses.
Quality
Tested for ability to depolymerize a 1 mm thick layer of gelled Matrigel Matrix after one hour at 2° to 8°C
Filtered (0.2 µm membrane) ａnd tested for bacteria, fungi, ａnd mycoplasma
Preparation ａnd Storage
Stable for at least three months at 2° to 8°C.
Handling
Corning Cell Recovery Solution is used full strength to recover cells from Corning Matrigel® Matrix. Complete protocol provided with product.
