Monoclonal Mouse Antibody to CDC47 / MCM7This antibody reacts with a 80 kD protein known as hCDC47. hCDC47 is a member of MCM family, which allows DNA to replicate once per cell cycle. Expression of hCDC47 protein has been found in the nuclei of proliferative components of normal lymph nodes, bone marrow, epidermis ａnd mucosa. Malignant tumors from several organs contain more nuclear hCDC47-positive cells than their normal counterparts. This antibody cross reacts with mouse, rat, dog ａnd Xenopus.
