For WB: Use at a dilution of 1:5000 - 1:20000. For IP: Use at a dilution of 1:20. For FACS: Use at a dilution of 1:50. For IHC-P: Use at a dilution of 1:250 - 1:500. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval via the pressure cooker method before commencing with IHC staining protocol. We suggest to program the pressure cooker to run for 30 seconds at 125° C, followed by 10 seconds at 90° C. Then let the slide cool down to room temperature (10 - 20 minutes):
