This subunit also shares identity with a subunit constituting the transcription factor E4TF1, responsible for expression of the adenovirus E4 gene. Application

Immunoprecipitation of GABPA protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 μg of GABPA antibody [N2C2], Internal . Western blot analysis was performed using GABPA antibody [N2C2], Internal . EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
Application

GABPA antibody [N2C2], Internal detects GABPA protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis. Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min. Green: GABPA protein stained by GABPA antibody [N2C2], Internal diluted at 1:1000. Red: phalloidin, a cytoskeleton marker, diluted at 1:200. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining. Scale bar = 10 μm.
Application

GABPA antibody detects GABPA protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, ａnd the membrane was blotted with GABPA antibody diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.
