Gamborg 等人描述的 Gamborg＇B-5 培養(yǎng)基可作為完整培養(yǎng)基（G5893）購(gòu)買[1]，或由維生素 1000x（G1019）和基礎(chǔ)鹽混合物（G5768）化學(xué)品重新配制。使用 Gamborg B-5 (B5) 培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行細(xì)胞系和組織的體外植物培養(yǎng)，例如球形紅豆杉 (Taxus globosa)、石竹 (Splachnum ampullaceum Hedw)、亞麻 (Linum album)、赤桉樹 (Eucalyptus camaldulensis)。Gamborg 的 B-5 培養(yǎng)基已用于番荔枝愈傷組織的培養(yǎng)。
