N-羥基磺基琥珀酰亞胺鈉鹽是N-羥基琥珀酰亞胺的一種水溶性磺化類(lèi)似物。它可以在碳二亞胺如1-乙基-3-（3-二甲基氨基丙基）碳二亞胺（EDC）存在時(shí)與羧酸發(fā)生偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)，形成親水性的N-羥基磺基琥珀酰亞胺活性酯。這些酯可用于蛋白的交聯(lián)實(shí)驗(yàn)。[1][2]
