Staph ChromoSelect Agar Base for the isolation ａnd enumeration of Staphylococcus aureus.
制備說(shuō)明
Suspend 46.15 grams in 500 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C ａnd aseptically add rehydrated contents of 1 vial of Polymyxin B Selective supplement (Cat. No. P9602). Mix well ａnd pour into sterile Petri plates.

Warning : Lithium Chloride is harmful. Avoid all bodily contact ａnd inhalation of vapours. On contact with skin wash with plenty of water immediately.
